Refund policy

Since every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Each garment is produced specifically for you after you place your order.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hi@thedramasquad.co within 14 days of receiving it. Include photos of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To start a return, contact us at hi@thedramasquad.co.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
